The JW Marriott Monterrey Valle hotel, located in the municipality of San Pedro Garza García, was recognized with the prestigious 4 Diamond award given by the American Automobile Association. (AAA).
The recognition is part of the result of the effort and dedication of all those who collaborate in the luxury hotel that is part of the Aimbridge LATAM portfolio.

“This recognition confirms the hotel’s excellence in offering an exceptional luxury experience, meeting the highest standards of quality and service,” the company shared in a statement.
The Four Diamond Award is a highly respected badge in the global travel industry.
Diamond rating is awarded annually by a team of professionals who inspect each property.

The association reviews more than 29 thousand hotels per year and only a few are selected for the 4 Diamond award.
The award is given to hotels that meet 27 basic requirements established by the AAA, ranging from comfort and cleanliness to service and security.

Properties that earn this 4 Diamond award are characterized by offering refined luxury accommodation, attention to detail and impeccable service.
“JW Marriott Monterrey Valle has successfully exceeded all expectations, demonstrating its commitment to excellence in all aspects of hospitality, providing each guest with a memorable stay in elegant and sophisticated surroundings,” the newsletter states.
The hotel was inaugurated in May 2021 and has 250 rooms and suites that provide guests with quiet luxury, with a modern decoration inspired by the industrial culture of Nuevo León.
