After more than six years working on its design and construction, this September 30, the project with the highest real estate investment in the Monterrey metropolitan area and in northern Mexico was completed with the official opening of the JW Marriott Monterrey Valle.

Grupo Hotelero Prisma prepared an extraordinary Gala to receive great guests, who witnessed the space that promises to be the beginning of future business success stories.

Present for cutting the ribbon were the governor-elect of Nuevo León, Samuel García Sepúlveda and his wife Mariana Rodríguez; Miguel B. Treviño, Mayor of San Pedro Garza García, Óscar Calvillo, CEO of Fibra Inn; Michael J. Deitemeyer, CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality; Leandro Castillo, CEO of Prisma-Aimbridge, and Alonso Burgos, president of Marriott CALA.

“The state of Nuevo León, which is the‘ jewel in the crown ’of the country, needed a hotel of these characteristics and we set to work to achieve the project that is already crystallizing today. Our industrial state has evolved to a corporate market that moves to this municipality where, here, the country’s leading companies needed this type of facility, ”said Óscar Calvillo, CEO of Fibra Inn.

For the construction of this great hotel, 1,400 million pesos were invested, 600 people participated directly and more than a thousand indirectly and, once the operation stabilizes, it will generate between 200 and 250 direct jobs and more than 500 indirect ones.

The hotel located in a perfect meeting point in the financial center of San Pedro Garza García, has 250 rooms spread over 14 floors, a meeting room for 600 people, spa, pool, and a variety of amenities that distinguish the chain. Marriott above any other.

With the feeling of goals achieved and the beginning of future alliances and projects that will be carried out in its facilities, the Gala guests celebrated the opening to a world of possibilities from a show in the dance pool area, music, lights and drones, to conclude the evening with a dinner in the great room accompanied by orchestral music.
