Terrae Trattoria Regia, presents the new gastronomic concept at The Westin Monterrey Valle.

We are pleased to share with you the successful presentation event of the new Terrae Trattoria Regia gastronomic concept at The Westin Monterrey Valle, held on October 27, 2023.

During this exclusive presentation, the innovative culinary proposal devised by renowned Chef Sergi Arola in collaboration with the executive chefs of The Westin Monterrey Valle was unveiled. This event brought together 60 distinguished guests, including prominent personalities from society, social media influencers, and notable figures from the media and television. Of particular note was the presence of Chef Sergi Arola, who traveled from Chile to lead this presentation, along with other recognized figures such as Raúl González, Adrián Garza, and Daniela Villarreal, among others.

The main focus was to introduce the new gastronomic concept of Terrae Trattoria Regia, which fuses the richness of traditional Monterrey cuisine with contemporary elements, rescuing the culinary essence of Monterrey during the 20th century. Guests were treated to dishes inspired by this culinary fusion, as well as an exclusive selection of drinks and cocktails created by the mixologists of Terrae Trattoria Regia and The Westin Monterrey Valle.

The event culminated on the 11th floor terrace, reserved for guests, where they enjoyed two of Chef Arola’s mixology creations, accompanied by a musical ambiance selected for his experience as an amateur musician.

The success of this event was possible thanks to the effort and dedication of the entire team involved.
