Zibu opens its doors in Guadalajara

A few days ago, the Zibu restaurant was inaugurated in Guadalajara, which is located inside the JM Marriot Hotel, which is world-renowned for its innovative MexTai fusion concept, becoming the third restaurant to open its doors in the country, after from Zibu Acapulco and Zibu Allende.

The host, chef Eduardo Palazuelos, creator of Zibu and his MexTai cuisine concept, received the guests for an exclusive dinner, in which the attendees enjoyed a delicious culinary journey through each dish.

The three-course menu was accompanied by cocktails prepared for the occasion consisting of rocket roll appetizers, tuna tartare, octopus carpaccio, fish rolls, marrow with rib eye, main dishes such as tai fish and cedar salmon, and for dessert , pavlova and Selva Mextai.

Zibu is an inclusive place designed for local people and tourists who visit the Perla Tapatia from other parts of the world, who are looking for a different gastronomic experience. The purpose is to turn Zibu Guadalajara into one of the gastronomic icons of Jalisco, which bases its concept on three principles: Top quality ingredients, creating dishes with unique flavors that are made through its MexTai fusion, and ending with a creative presentation.
